Legal

Terms of Use

i2 Player is a player. You bring the playlist and you are responsible for it.

Effective 19 September 2026

i2 Player is a media player only. It does not host, provide or stream any media, and search only looks inside the playlist you add. To use it you must supply your own legally licensed IPTV playlist (Xtream Codes or M3U). You are solely responsible for the content you add and for ensuring you have the rights to access it.

1. Agreement

These terms apply to your use of the i2 Player app ("the app"), published by i2 Devs ("we", "us"). By installing or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. What the app is

The app plays live TV, films and series from playlists that you add, using Xtream Codes login details or an M3U link or file from your provider. We do not supply, sell, recommend or control any playlist, channel or media, and we have no relationship with your provider. The app comes with no content.

3. Your responsibilities

4. Your provider

Playlists and subscriptions come from your provider, not from us. Questions about channels, availability, quality, billing or refunds go to your provider. We cannot restore, extend or refund a provider's subscription.

5. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. If you downloaded the app from Apple's App Store, the licence is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If Apple's agreement and these terms conflict, these terms apply where the law allows.

6. Third-party services

The app may connect to services we do not control, such as your provider's servers, Cloudflare's speed test and YouTube for trailers. Your use of them is governed by their terms. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

7. Intellectual property

The app, its design, name and logo belong to i2 Devs. Content you play belongs to its owners. For copyright concerns, see our DMCA Policy.

8. No warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that any stream will play, or that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free. Playback depends on your provider and your network.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, i2 Devs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the app or of any content or third-party service reached through it. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid us for the app, if any. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

10. Indemnity

You agree to hold i2 Devs harmless from claims arising from the content you access through the app or from your breach of these terms, to the extent the law allows.

11. Ending your use

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. Your licence ends automatically if you break these terms.

12. Apple

If you use the app on an Apple device:

13. Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the effective date above. If you keep using the app after a change, you accept the updated terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of UAE, except where the law of your country of residence gives you protections that cannot be waived.
