Contact us

Email us and we will reply as soon as we can. If you tell us your device model, iOS or Android version, and what you were doing when the problem happened, we can help faster. Never send your playlist password.

We make the player only. We don't sell subscriptions or playlists and can't see your provider's channels. For missing channels, subscriptions, expiry dates or billing, contact your provider.

Getting started

How do I add a playlist?

Open the app and choose the format your provider gave you:

  • Xtream Codes: enter the server address (for example http://example.com:8080), username and password.
  • M3U: paste the playlist link, or choose an M3U file on your device.
Can I save more than one playlist?

Yes. Saved playlists appear on the sign-in screen, where you can switch, edit or delete them. Favourites, watch progress and settings are kept separately for each playlist.

Does the app include any channels?

No. i2 Player is a player and comes with no content. You need a playlist from a provider you are licensed to use.

Playback

A channel or film won't play
  • Try another channel. If only one fails, the stream is probably offline at the provider.
  • Check whether your subscription has expired. The app shows a notice when the expiry date is close.
  • Run the speed test in Settings to check your connection.
  • If nothing plays at all, sign out and back in to refresh the playlist. If it still fails, contact your provider.
Playback keeps buffering

Buffering usually comes from the provider's server or your network. Try Wi-Fi instead of mobile data, run the speed test, or try again later. The app reconnects on its own after short drops.

How do I change subtitles or the audio language?

While playing, tap the screen and choose Audio & subs. You can pick a subtitle or audio track, or load a subtitle file (SRT, VTT, ASS or SSA) from your device. The playback settings panel changes speed and zoom, and moves audio or subtitles earlier or later if they are out of sync.

Some categories are missing

You may have hidden them. Check the category visibility settings in Settings. Otherwise the provider may not include them in your playlist.

Privacy and data

Where is my playlist login stored?

Only on your device. See the Privacy Policy for details.

How do I remove my data?

Delete a playlist from your saved playlists to remove it together with its favourites and history. To remove everything, uninstall the app.
