i2 Player hosts no media. This page explains what we can act on, and where to send a notice about anything else.
1. How the app works
i2 Player is a media player. It ships with no channels, films, series or playlists, and we run no server that stores, lists or streams media. Users add their own playlists from a provider of their choosing, either as Xtream Codes login details or as an M3U link or file.
- Playback: the app opens each stream directly from the provider's server. The media never passes through a server of ours.
- What you see in the app: channel names, logos, posters, backdrops, descriptions and TV guide data all come from the user's provider. So do the "featured" and "recently added" rows, which the app picks automatically from the user's own playlist. We do not choose, upload or host any of it.
- No accounts: users do not sign up with us. Playlists are stored only on the user's device, and we do not receive them.
2. What we can and cannot do
We cannot remove a stream, playlist or image from a provider's server. We cannot see which playlists people use, and because there are no accounts and no server of ours in the playback path, we cannot block a particular user, playlist or stream.
We can act on material we publish ourselves:
- the app's own code, name, logo and design;
- the app's store listings, including text, icon and screenshots;
- this website.
3. Where to send a notice
- About a stream, a playlist, or artwork shown in the app: send your notice to the provider that hosts it, or to that provider's hosting or network company. You can usually identify them with a WHOIS or IP-ownership lookup of the server address.
- About material we publish (listed above): send it to us, as described below.
4. Sending us a notice
To act on a notice we need the information described in the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):
- Your physical or electronic signature, as the copyright owner or someone authorised to act for them.
- A description of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed.
- The material you believe infringes it, and exactly where it appears in the app, a store listing or this website.
- Your name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or are authorised to act for them.

Knowingly false claims can make you liable for damages under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f). If you are unsure whether material infringes your rights, consider asking a lawyer first.
5. What happens next
We review each complete notice about material we publish. Where the claim is valid, we remove or replace that material in the app's next update, in the store listing or on this website, and reply to let you know. If your notice is about a stream, playlist or artwork from a provider, we will reply to explain that we cannot remove it and point you to section 3.
